Consulting, Direct
from the Founder.

While the platform rolls out, Eduard Szigeti is available for live project engagements — applying the same Project Assurance Framework that informs Genera Systems directly to your project, from pre-construction through handover. Ideal for clients and principal contractors running demanding or high-risk programmes.

What Consulting Looks Like

Every engagement starts from the same premise: construction projects fail for knowable reasons, and the controls that prevent failure are rarely missing — they are usually just not being enforced. Consulting work focuses on making the right thing also the easiest thing: clear accountability, tight information flow, genuine compliance, visible risk.

Work is delivered personally by Eduard — not passed to a junior team, not templated from a playbook. The Project Assurance Framework is the reference document, not a deliverable in itself.

Engagement Models

Project Management

Full PM responsibility for a live project — scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, stakeholders, and the governance that holds them together. Suitable for clients who want direct founder-level delivery rather than a large consultancy team.

Typical project size: £500k – £10m.

Assurance Reviews

Independent assurance of a project already in delivery. Review governance structure, CDE compliance, golden thread integrity, schedule health, and risk posture. Produce a PAFM-aligned findings report with prioritised recommendations.

Typical duration: 2 – 6 weeks.

HRB Advisory

Specialist support for higher-risk buildings under the Building Safety Act. Gateway 2 preparation, golden thread design, principal accountable person interface, and competence evidencing for duty holders.

Typical engagement: 3 – 12 months.

Focus Areas

  • Project governance and approval gates
  • Common Data Environment setup under ISO 19650
  • Schedule review and optimisation (including DCMA 14-point assessment)
  • Risk register structure and quantitative analysis
  • Subcontract management and supply chain assurance
  • CDM 2015 principal contractor and designer duties
  • Building Safety Act Gateway 2 and 3 preparation
  • Quality management and non-conformance lifecycle
  • Pre-construction information and PEP/CEP development
  • Handover readiness and O&M dataset compilation

Ideal Project Profile

Consulting work is most valuable on projects where governance matters and where the cost of something going wrong is high enough to justify senior, founder-level attention. That usually means:

  • Fit-outs, refurbishments or new-builds between £500k and £50m+
  • Higher-risk building (HRB) programmes under the Building Safety Act
  • Public-sector procurements under the Procurement Act 2023
  • Projects with a multi-disciplinary design team and an ISO 19650 BIM mandate
  • Portfolios where consistency and auditability across projects is required

If your project sits outside that profile, the platform roadmap may be a better fit when the relevant modules ship. Either way, start with a conversation.

How It Starts

01

Introductory Call

A 30-minute no-obligation conversation to understand the project and the challenge.

02

Scoping Note

A short written proposal with objectives, deliverables, timeline, and commercial terms.

03

Engagement Letter

Formal terms agreed. Confidentiality, IP, professional indemnity all addressed.

04

Delivery

Regular checkpoints, visible progress, written outputs aligned to the PAFM.

05

Handover

Every engagement ends with a handover pack that remains useful long after the work is done.

Start a Conversation

Consulting availability is limited by design. If your project is a fit, the first step is a 30-minute call. No commitment, no slide deck, no sales pitch.
