Genera Systems brings governance, compliance, quality, safety and schedule intelligence into a single assurance platform built specifically for UK construction. Every action leaves an auditable trail. Every control is aligned to a recognised standard. Nothing slips through the cracks — because the platform makes the right thing the easiest thing.

The Solution
Genera Systems turns standards into controls enforced automatically in software. ISO 19650, CDM 2015, the Building Safety Act 2022, PMBOK® 8 and the rest of the UK construction stack are embedded into workflows, approval gates and decision logs — so compliance is a by-product of delivery, not a separate job.

Genera QA & HS&E
The on-site delivery companion. Quality, health, safety and environmental management executed digitally — inspections, non-conformances, permits, toolbox talks, RIDDOR — with the evidence trail clients and principal contractors need.

Genera CIMS
Construction Information Management System. A Common Data Environment fully compliant with ISO 19650-1 to -5, three-tier governance, the Building Safety Act golden thread from Gateway 2 through handover, and every PMBOK® 8 performance domain wired into the platform.
Status: in active development.
Genera Schedule
Schedule intelligence for real construction programmes. DCMA 14-point quality check, NSGA-III multi-objective optimisation, and a Pareto front of genuine trade-offs — shorter versus cheaper, smoother versus faster. Imports MSP, Primavera P6 and Asta Powerproject.
Status: working prototype on 1,000-task programmes; scaling to 10,000+.

Genera Systems is founded and led by Eduard Szigeti — BSc Construction Project Management, MSc BIM, and more than 20 years of real site experience across UK construction.
The platform is the codification of a 430-page Project Assurance Framework Manual developed in practice, not in a lab. Every feature has its origin in a problem someone watched happen on a live project.
