Find out what your
programme is hiding
Most schedule software tells you what you planned. GeneraGantt tells you what's wrong with it, what it will actually cost, and when you will actually finish. Tested on a live 9,751-activity programme worth £43.9M.
Four questions, in order
Check
The DCMA 14-point assessment runs before the chart opens, and you can fix failures on the Gantt.
Optimise
A range of priced plans from fastest to cheapest, not one answer.
Forecast
2,000 simulations with your logged risks in them, on the date and the cost.
Track
Progress and earned value, measured at a day you name, in days and pounds.
It reads the file you already have
MS Project, Primavera P6 and Asta Powerproject. Drag it in and the checks run straight away. Nothing to set up, no template to fill in.
Export the chosen plan back to MS Project XML, Primavera XER or PMXML. Reports download as CSV and PDF.
It tells you what it doesn't know
If a file carries one carpenter gang where its dates assume eight, it says so and shows logic-driven dates instead of making up a levelled plan.
Where a start date was never recorded, it fills the gap and marks the row. Where there's nothing to trade, it says so. It never shows a guess as a fact.
Risk register
Risks priced in days and pounds, linked to the activities they hit, and fed straight into the forecast.
Finance
S-curve, earned value in plain English, and the weekly cost of being on site, with proven savings.
Built from site experience
Developed by a construction manager with nine years on UK sites, for contractors who plan in days and pounds.
